(No)Nutella “Green” Smoothie
1 cup hazelnut milk (either buy or make your own)
1 frozen banana
1 cup baby spinach
1-2 fresh dates
1 tsp maca powder (optional, but yummy)
1 tsp mesquite powder (optional, but yummy too!)
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
Brownie Batter Balls
Raw, vegan, sugar free, dairy free, gluten free.
Note: this recipe contains nut pulp which is a leftover from making your own nut milk.
½ cup raw cacao powder
1 cup nut meal (I love using hazelnut)
1 cup nut pulp
1 tbsp mesquite powder
½ cup date paste (or 6-8 pureed/blended fresh dates)
¼ cup lucuma powder
¼ cup coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll into bite size balls, dust with cacao powder if you wish, and freeze.
