Product Of The Month
 
 Lotus Peak White Tea
Plain or Vanilla Flavoured
 
With it being SO cold at the moment I am finding myself CONSTANTLTY drinking hot beverages to keep my insides warm! :) Well I needn't feel guilty and neither should you if you choose wisely.
 
Currently I am ADDICTED to white tea- not black tea with milk BUT actual white tea from white tea leaves.
 
Like black and green tea, white tea is also from the plant Camellia sinesis. The only thing that distinguishes these teas from each other is at which stage they are picked.
 
White tea is picked at the youngest stage, meaning it is the LEAST oxidised and thus contains the HIGHEST AMOUNT of ANTIOXIDANTS! This makes is SUPER good for you and, in line with the theme of this newsletter, keeps you YOUNGER and more resistant to damaging effects from our environment and lifestyle.
 
Pick up this tea in the same section as your regular teas but be prepared to LOOK UPWARDS. It will usually sit on the top shelves, above all the rest :)
