One on One Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching with Bridget-Jane
This unique one on one experience with Bridget will provide you with the knowledge, skills, tools and motivation required to take your health, energy levels and all areas of your life to the next level!
Having a one-on-one nutrition coach enables you to finally achieve your health and fitness goals through individually tailored expert guidance on how to establish the right habits in your life. You will gain confidence and independence whilst learning how to establish and maintain food and lifestyle practices congruent with your unique health aspirations.
It is the intention that New Leaf Nutrition will NOT perpetuate the cycle of yo-yo dieting, nor fuel the existing frustration and confusion around nutrition, that exists in society today.
It is our commitment to nurture and support you to a level of independence that enables you to create a consistency of lifestyle that continues long after our time together.
This program is IDEAL for you if:
· You are tired of being confused and frustrated about ALL of the information out there about food, nutrition and health
· You have been on a yo-yo experience for quite some time and want to finally achieve long term results in your health and fitness
· You are pretty sure you know WHAT you should be eating, but not sure of HOW to achieve in a sustainable manner for YOU
· You want to improve the QUALITY of important areas of your life that may be suffering as a result of your lack of ENERGY- family life, relationships, work, self-esteem, confidence
· You want to change your family's lifestyle habits and become an ideal role model for your children and/or partner
· You want someone to be accountable to. Not just anyone but a properly qualified expert who understands your unique perspective and needs
· You have health and medical concerns including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, bowel complaints, etc
· You want MORE ENERGY to perform better, recover faster and BE YOUR BEST!

Coaching with Bridget is for a minimum term of 4 months in order to offer you the MAXIMUM impact on your life and begins as soon as you make the decision to commit to changing your life.
Coaching Format
Your initial meeting with Bridget is for 2-3 hours. Preceding the meeting you will be asked to complete a “Pre-Consult Questionnaire” which enables Bridget to better understand your unique requirements.
Follow up meetings are held fortnightly, are 30-90 minutes in duration and at an agreed time and location along the Mooloolaba esplanade, or Sunshine Beach cafe. A cafe, restaurant or “open-air” setting provides a refreshing change to the usual clinical environment of a dietitian's office, and hopefully a welcome change of scenery from your regular daily routine!
Sessions can also be conducted in the form of phone calls if preferred, or required for interstate/international clients.
All meeting times are pre-arranged for the coaching period and during this time you will enjoy access to Bridget, 7 days a week.
Bridget only recruits a limited number of clients into this program at any one time in order to ensure that your treatment and attention is VIP! This means REAL results faster, better and PERMANENTLY. Bridget is committed to helping you transform your life for good!
